Return Policy


At Blissfun we are proud of the quality of our products. Therefore, they all go through a rigorous 3-step quality control before being sent.

However, if a defective product passes our quality control, or is damaged during shipping, we would be responsible and offer a new product (except in those cases in which the printing did not go well due to a low print file quality).

When will I recive my order?
It takes us 3 to 6 business days to manage an order, after which we will send it to you. Shipping time depends on your location, but you can estimate it as follows:

USA (For orders managed from this country): Between 2 to 3 business weeks
Europe (For orders managed from this continent): Between 2 to 6 weeks
International: 2 to 8 weeks

Where does my order ship from?
We work with a printing company on demand with management centers in America and Europe!

My order should have arrived already, but I haven't received it yet. What I do?

Before contacting us, please help us by following these steps:
● Check your confirmation email to make sure there are no errors in the
   Shipping Address.
● Ask for your order at your local post office.
● Ask your neighbors if the carrier had left your package.

How do I track my order?

I have received a wrong or damaged product. What I do?
We are sorry if your product has arrived damaged. To solve it as soon as possible, send us an email to blissfunus@gmail.com in a week from the moment of delivery with photos of your damaged product, your order number and any other details you have about the order.
We will contact you with a solution as soon as possible!

What is our return policy?
We do not offer returns or exchanges, but if something happens with your order, please contact us at blissfunus@gmail.com

Return the money?
We only offer money back to customers who receive wrong or damaged items. If this is your case, please contact us at blissfunus@gmail.com with photos of your article and we will find a solution.

Can I change a product for a different size or color?
We currently do not offer changes. If you are not sure which size will fit you best, check our size guides in the product descriptions

It is not a common case, but it may happen that there is an error in the labeling of a product. If this is the case, contact us in [your contact email] in one week from the moment of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item in question and we will help you as soon as possible
